We are seeking a passionate and results-driven Personal Injury Attorney to join our growing legal team in California. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in personal injury law, a client-first mindset, and a proven track record of successful case outcomes. You’ll manage a diverse caseload, advocate for injured clients, and work collaboratively with a team of experienced legal professionals.

We are seeking a passionate and results-driven Personal Injury Attorney to join our growing legal team in California. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in personal injury law, a client-first mindset, and a proven track record of successful case outcomes. You’ll manage a diverse caseload, advocate for injured clients, and work collaboratively with a team of experienced legal professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle all aspects of personal injury cases from intake through settlement or trial.
- Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and discovery.
- Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, and depositions.
- Negotiate settlements and maintain strong client communication throughout the case.
- Collaborate with investigators, medical experts, and other professionals to build strong cases.
Qualifications:
- J.D. from an accredited law school and active membership in the California State Bar.
- 3+ years of experience in personal injury litigation.
- Strong negotiation, litigation, and trial skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Ability to manage a high-volume caseload with attention to detail and deadlines.
Preferred:
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus.
- Experience with case management software.
