Our prestigious law firm is seeking an experienced, dedicated, and dynamic Personal Injury Attorney to join our team. We are a forward-thinking firm with a strong commitment to our clients, and we are seeking an individual who shares our passion for justice. This is a permanent role, offering an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to make a significant impact on our clients' lives and be a part of our growing team. This is a 100% REMOTE role.
Responsibilities:
As a Personal Injury Attorney, you will be responsible for:
1. Handling a high volume of personal injury cases from inception through to trial.
2. Conducting research, performing legal analysis, and preparing relevant legal documents.
3. Managing all phases of the litigation process, including discovery, mediation, arbitration, settlement negotiations, and trial.
4. Advising and counseling clients on legal rights and obligations, as well as potential outcomes of their cases.
5. Developing case strategies based on the facts of the case and the best interests of our clients.
6. Representing clients in court, presenting evidence, and making compelling arguments on their behalf.
7. Maintaining high standards of professionalism and ethical conduct in accordance with the Rules of Professional Conduct.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate for the Personal Injury Attorney position will possess the following:
1. Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.
2. Admitted and in good standing with the New Jersey (NJ) state bar.
3. Minimum of 5 years of experience in personal injury law.
4. Proven litigation experience, including trial experience.
5. Comprehensive knowledge of personal injury law and procedures.
6. Proficient in case management and able to handle a high case load.
7. Excellent skills in drafting and preparing legal documents.
8. Exceptional negotiation skills and the ability to resolve disputes effectively.
9. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel.
10. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and act decisively.
