Job Details
Responsibilities:
1. Handling a caseload of personal injury claims from inception through resolution, including MVA, wrongful death, and premises liability cases.
2. Conducting thorough legal research and drafting legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and briefs.
3. Representing clients in court, at depositions, mediations, and settlement negotiations.
4. Developing effective case strategies based on the facts of the case and the client's goals.
5. Communicating regularly with clients, keeping them informed about the progress of their case and addressing their questions and concerns.
6. Building and maintaining strong client relationships through excellent customer service.
7. Negotiating settlements on behalf of clients in an effort to resolve cases efficiently and favorably.
Qualifications:
1. A Juris Doctorate (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
2. A license to practice law in the state.
3. A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Personal Injury Attorney, with a proven track record of success.
4. Proficiency in conducting depositions, legal research, and legal writing.
5. Experience in case management, mediation, and negotiation.
6. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective client relations.
7. A deep understanding of MVA, wrongful death, and premises liability law.
8. The ability to handle a high-volume caseload and manage multiple deadlines.
9. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
