We are currently seeking a Permanent Personal Injury Attorney to join our dynamic legal team. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional with a strong background in plaintiff personal injury law. You will be responsible for handling a variety of personal injury cases from start to finish. This includes, but is not limited to, car accidents, slip and falls, wrongful death, and catastrophic injuries. You will have the opportunity to interact with clients, negotiate settlements, and represent clients in court.

Responsibilities:
Qualifications:
- Manage a caseload of plaintiff personal injury cases.
- Draft and respond to motions, discovery, and other court filings.
- Negotiate settlements with insurance companies and opposing counsel.
- Represent clients in mediations, arbitrations, depositions, and trials.
- Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and briefs.
- Provide legal advice to clients and communicate effectively with them about their case.
- Collaborate with our team of attorneys, paralegals, and legal assistants to ensure the best possible outcome for our clients.
- Stay updated on current laws and regulations within the personal injury field.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Must be licensed to practice law in the state.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a plaintiff personal injury attorney.
- Proven track record of successfully negotiating and litigating personal injury cases.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage a large caseload and work independently.
- Proficient in legal research software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to maintain a professional demeanor in stressful situations.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.
- Commitment to the highest ethical standards.
