Job Details

The ideal candidate will have at least 2-8 years of experience working in Personal Injury Civil Litigation.

This is a full-time, in-office position at our Torrance location, but we are open to a hybrid model for the right candidate.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Managing a caseload of 15-20 litigation files
  • Drafting complaints
  • Handling discovery
  • Drafting and arguing motions
  • Taking and defending depositions
  • Assisting with trial preparation
  • Participating in trial
  • Client communication
  • Supervise and direct legal support staff
  • Other litigation-related tasks
