The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in personal injury litigation, with a proven track record of successful case outcomes. You will be responsible for managing a large case load, crafting compelling arguments, and delivering superior client service. Responsibilities
As a Permanent Personal Injury Litigation Attorney, you will:
1. Manage all phases of personal injury and wrongful death litigation cases from inception through trial or settlement.
2. Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery, and other legal documents.
3. Conduct legal research and analysis to develop case strategies.
4. Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients.
5. Engage in pretrial discovery including depositions and expert witness preparation.
6. Represent clients in court, arguing motions, attending conferences, and conducting trials.
7. Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, judicial officers, and team members.
8. Maintain a high level of professionalism and ethical standards as prescribed by the bar.
9. Stay updated on the latest legal developments and trends in personal injury law.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate for the Permanent Personal Injury Litigation Attorney position must have the following qualifications:
1. Juris Doctorate (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
2. Active member of the State Bar in good standing.
3. Minimum of 5 years of experience in personal injury litigation.
4. Proven track record of successful personal injury case outcomes.
5. Exceptional negotiation and persuasive argumentation skills.
6. Proficiency in legal research and analysis.
7. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
