We are looking for a Plaintiff Personal Injury Rockstar to join our rapidly growing firm and quickly move into a leadership position within our organization.

Job Details:

Be responsible for handling a variety of personal injury claims, including automobile, car, truck, and motorcycle accidents. Litigate cases through trial, negotiate settlements, and advocate for our clients' best interests. This is a permanent, full-time position that offers a competitive salary and benefits package.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage a caseload (approximately 25-30 cases) of personal injury cases, including automobile, car, truck, and motorcycle accidents.
2. Conduct thorough discovery, including depositions and interrogatories, to gather all necessary evidence for each case.
3. Negotiate settlements with insurance companies and opposing counsel.
6. Attend court proceedings, including hearings, pretrial conferences, and trials.
7. Maintain regular communication with clients, keeping them informed about the progress of their cases.
8. Stay updated on the latest developments in personal injury law and use this knowledge to benefit our clients and the firm.
9. Collaborate with our team of attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to ensure the smooth operation of the firm.

Qualifications:

1. Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.
2. Must be a licensed attorney in good standing.
3. Minimum of 3 years of experience as a personal injury attorney, focusing on automobile, car, truck, and motorcycle accidents.
4. Proven track record of successfully negotiating settlements and litigating cases through trial.
6. Excellent negotiation and advocacy skills.
7. Strong written and oral communication skills, with the ability to clearly and effectively communicate complex legal concepts to clients, colleagues, and courts.
8. Proficiency in legal research and writing.
9. Ability to manage a caseload (25-30 cases) and handle multiple priorities and deadlines.
10. High level of integrity and professional responsibility.
