Compensation: Starting salary of $75,000 - $100,000 a year based on experience for the first 12 months. Commission opportunities are available from the first year, increasing with experience. From the second anniversary onward, compensation transitions to 100% commission. An Attorney in their second year averages 150k and 200 - 250k in their third year.

We are seeking a seasoned Personal Injury Attorney to join our dynamic legal team. This is a unique opportunity to work on challenging and high-profile cases, providing expert legal advice and representation to individuals who have suffered personal injury. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil litigation, a deep understanding of personal injury law, and a proven track record of success in handling complex cases.
Responsibilities:
As a Personal Injury Attorney, your duties will include but are not limited to:
1. Representing clients who have suffered personal injuries in civil litigation proceedings.
2. Conducting thorough case investigations to determine the validity of each client’s claim.
3. Drafting, filing, and arguing motions and pleadings.
4. Negotiating settlements with opposing counsel and insurance companies.
5. Preparing and presenting cases for trial when necessary.
6. Keeping clients informed about the progress of their cases and answering any questions they may have.
7. Staying up-to-date with changes in personal injury law and NC State Bar regulations.
8. Collaborating with other members of our legal team to develop effective case strategies.
Qualifications:
The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications:
1. Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
2. A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Personal Injury Attorney.
3. Active membership in the NC State Bar.
4. Extensive experience in civil litigation.
5. A proven track record of successfully handling complex cases.
6. Exceptional negotiation skills and the ability to secure favorable settlements for clients.
7. Excellent oral and written communication skills.
8. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
9. The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
10. A deep commitment to client service and a passion for achieving justice for individuals who have suffered personal injuries.
