We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Personal Injury Attorney with a passion for justice and a heart for the injured. This is a permanent, full-time position that offers an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on our clients' lives and to be a part of a team that is committed to providing the highest level of legal representation. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in personal injury law, with a strong emphasis on motor vehicle accidents (MVA). This role requires a deep understanding of the legal process, from initial client consultation through trial, and a proven track record of achieving favorable outcomes for clients.

Responsibilities:

As a Personal Injury Attorney, you will be responsible for handling a caseload of personal injury cases, with a focus on motor vehicle accidents. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Managing all aspects of personal injury cases from inception through trial.
• Conducting client meetings and case reviews to determine the legal strategy.
• Drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.
• Conducting and defending depositions.
• Preparing for and representing clients at trial.
• Negotiating settlements with opposing counsel.
• Maintaining clear and regular communication with clients, providing updates on case progress and answering any questions they may have.
• Staying up to date with changes in personal injury law and continuing legal education requirements.

Qualifications:

To be considered for this exciting opportunity, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• J.D. degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the New York State Bar.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in personal injury law, with a particular emphasis on motor vehicle accidents.
• Proven trial experience and a strong track record of achieving favorable outcomes for clients.
• Exceptional negotiation skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
