Job Details

Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert legal support and advice to clients who have suffered personal injuries.
  • Handle a caseload involving wrongful death, product liability, and premises liability claims.
  • Prepare and draft legal documents, including pleadings, discovery, motions, briefs, and agreements.
  • Conduct depositions of parties, witnesses, and experts.
  • Negotiate settlements with opposing counsel and insurance companies.
  • Represent clients in court, presenting evidence and arguments to achieve successful outcomes.
  • Collaborate with a team of legal professionals to develop strategies for complex cases.
  • Stay abreast of current legislation and trends in personal injury law to provide the most effective service.

Qualifications:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Personal Injury Attorney.
  • Proven experience in wrongful death, product liability, and premises liability cases.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously while maintaining a high level of detail.
  • Proficient in legal research and writing.
  • Admitted to practice law in the state and in good standing with the state bar.
  • A track record of achieving favorable settlements and verdicts for clients.
  • Demonstrated commitment to professional ethics and client confidentiality.
