Job Details

We are seeking an early-career litigation attorney to handle plaintiff-side personal injury matters from pre-litigation through resolution. In this role, we take ownership of cases from intake through trial preparation, working closely with experienced litigators and a strong support team. We operate in a collaborative but fast-paced environment where attorneys gain meaningful responsibility early, including direct client interaction, court appearances, and participation in case strategy. This position is ideal for someone looking to develop litigation skills quickly while managing a growing caseload with structured support.

Responsibilities

  • Manage personal injury cases from pre-suit through litigation and resolution
  • Draft demand packages and negotiate pre-litigation settlements
  • Propound and respond to written discovery
  • Draft, file, and argue motions as needed
  • Take and defend depositions
  • Prepare materials for mediations, arbitrations, and trial
  • Appear at hearings, conferences, and other proceedings
  • Communicate regularly with clients, opposing counsel, experts, and insurance representatives
  • Collaborate with support staff to move cases efficiently through each phase

Qualifications

  • Experience handling personal injury or general civil litigation matters
  • Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills
  • Effective oral advocacy and communication abilities
  • Ability to manage cases independently while working within a team structure
  • Experience with depositions, discovery, or motion practice is preferred
  • Bilingual language skills are a plus

Requirements

  • Active bar license in good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
  • 1+ years of litigation experience
  • Ability to manage multiple active matters and deadlines simultaneously
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Comfortable working in a high-volume, client-facing practice
