We are currently seeking a seasoned Permanent Personal Injury Attorney to join our dynamic legal team. The successful candidate will be an integral part of our firm, representing clients in all aspects of plaintiff personal injury cases. Responsibilities:
As a Permanent Plaintiff Personal Injury Attorney, your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
1. Representing clients in all stages of personal injury litigation, from inception through appeal.
2. Conducting legal research and drafting pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents.
3. Serving as the first or second chair in personal injury trials.
4. Managing a caseload of personal injury claims, ensuring all cases are handled in a timely and efficient manner.
5. Negotiating settlements on behalf of clients in a manner that maximizes compensation.
6. Maintaining strong client relationships through regular communication and updates on case progress.
7. Utilizing critical thinking and analytical skills to develop effective legal strategies.
8. Collaborating with legal team members to ensure the best possible outcome for clients.
9. Demonstrating leadership within the firm by mentoring junior attorneys and contributing to firm-wide initiatives.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate for the Permanent Personal Injury Attorney position will possess the following qualifications:
1. Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.
2. Must be licensed to practice law in the state.
3. A minimum of 8 years of litigation experience, with a focus on plaintiff personal injury cases.
4. Proven experience as the first or second chair in personal injury trials.
5. Strong legal research and writing skills.
6. Exceptional case management abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
8. Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
