Job Details
We're looking for a Pre-Litigation Attorney to join our team of accomplished lawyers. Our ideal candidate will be able to manage several diverse cases at a time and will be well-versed in personal injury, wrongful death, or mass tort cases.

- Manage all aspects of personal injury caseload from onset to litigation
- Research case law to analyze precedents or similar cases for plaintiff tactics
- Answer client questions regarding proceedings, negotiations, and other related questions
- Draft, review, and interpret all legal documents for clients
- Create a case strategy based on previous cases and prior knowledge
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's and Juris Doctorate
- License to practice law in New Mexico, ability to practice in additional states is a plus
- Active member in good standing with State Bar
- Personal injury or insurance defense experience required
- Bilingual is a plus!
