We are currently seeking a dynamic, highly-motivated, and experienced Permanent Personal Injury Attorney to join our prestigious Legal firm. This position offers a unique opportunity to handle a diverse range of cases, representing clients who have suffered personal injuries. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in guardianship/conservatorship and a proven track record of successful personal injury case management. This role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to work independently, and a strong commitment to providing high-quality legal services to our clients.

Responsibilities:

As a Permanent Personal Injury Attorney, your primary responsibilities will include:

1. Managing a caseload of personal injury cases from intake through resolution.
2. Representing clients in court or before government agencies.
3. Conducting legal research and gathering evidence.
4. Preparing and drafting legal documents such as pleadings, discovery, motions, briefs, contracts, and other legal documents.
5. Negotiating settlements on behalf of clients.
6. Advising clients on their legal rights and options.
7. Developing strategies and arguments in preparation for presentation of cases.
8. Working closely with legal support staff such as paralegals and legal assistants.
9. Staying updated with changes in law and informing clients about the impact of these changes on their cases.
10. Providing guardianship/conservatorship services as required.

Qualifications:

To be considered for the Permanent Personal Injury Attorney position, you must have:

1. Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.
2. Current license to practice law.
3. A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Personal Injury Attorney.
4. Extensive experience with guardianship/conservatorship.
5. Proven track record of successfully negotiating and litigating personal injury cases.
6. Strong legal research and writing skills.
7. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
8. Ability to handle a high caseload and juggle multiple priorities.
9. Proficiency in using legal software and technology.
10. Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
11. High level of professionalism and adherence to legal and ethical standards.
12. Demonstrated commitment to client service and passionate about achieving justice for clients.
