Job Details
The Associate Attorney will manage their own caseload handling all aspects of claims and cases - from client intake, through pre-litigation, litigation and trial. Significant participation in at least three jury trials is highly desirable! This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to grow their career as a Trial Attorney!
Your team includes: a dedicated litigation paralegal, a case manager in addition to other support staff resources for dictation, medical record acquisition, discovery, and lien reduction.

Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in plaintiff personal injury as an Attorney
- Jury trial experience is highly desired!
- Active CA bar license in good standing
