Job Details
Responsibilities:
1. Representing clients who have been injured due to negligence or wrongful actions of others.
2. Conducting comprehensive legal research to build robust cases.
3. Using your exceptional legal writing skills to draft and file complex legal documents, pleadings, motions, briefs, and appeals.
4. Managing multiple cases simultaneously, ensuring all cases are handled promptly and professionally.
5. Conducting and defending depositions, negotiating settlements, and representing clients in court.
6. Collaborating with our team of legal professionals to develop case strategies.
Qualifications:
1. Juris Doctorate (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
2. A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Personal Injury Attorney.
3. Admitted to practice law in the state and in good standing.
4. Proven experience in conducting legal research, legal writing, case management, and depositions.
5. Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
6. Ability to manage a high-volume case load efficiently and effectively.
7. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
8. Proven track record of achieving favorable settlements or verdicts for clients.
