Job Details
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Personal Injury Attorney to join our team in the Legal industry. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping clients who have been injured due to the negligence of others. As a Personal Injury Attorney, you will be responsible for representing clients in court and negotiating settlements on their behalf. You must have a strong understanding of Florida State Bar regulations and be fluent in Spanish.

Responsibilities:
- Represent clients in court and negotiations
- Conduct legal research and prepare legal documents
- Evaluate cases and provide legal advice to clients
- Communicate with clients, witnesses, and other parties involved in the case
- Stay up-to-date with changes in personal injury law and regulations
- Negotiating and settling cases in the pre-litigation stage
- Review policies, claims and other records
- Prepare, write and argue legal documents, including but not limited to: memos, theory of liability and demands
- Communicate with insurance companies and make sure client medical treatment is managed and billed accordingly
- Communicate with client to provide case status update
- Conduct intake meetings with new clients
- Manage docket of cases according to office policy
- Conduct and attend IME's, EUO's and recorded statements
Qualifications:
- Must have a minimum 1 year of experience as a Personal Injury Attorney
- Must be licensed to practice law in the state of Florida and be in good standing with the Florida State Bar
- Fluent in Spanish
- Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Must have strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Must be able to work independently and as part of a team
- Must have a strong work ethic and be committed to providing the best possible service to clients
- Must have a passion for helping clients who have been injured due to the negligence of others.
