We are looking for a skilled and experienced Personal Injury Attorney to join our team in the Legal industry. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping clients who have been injured due to the negligence of others. As a Personal Injury Attorney, you will be responsible for representing clients in court and negotiating settlements on their behalf. You must have a strong understanding of Florida State Bar regulations and be fluent in Spanish.

Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in court and negotiations
• Conduct legal research and prepare legal documents
• Evaluate cases and provide legal advice to clients
• Communicate with clients, witnesses, and other parties involved in the case
• Stay up-to-date with changes in personal injury law and regulations
• Negotiating and settling cases in the pre-litigation stage
• Review policies, claims and other records
• Prepare, write and argue legal documents, including but not limited to: memos, theory of liability and demands
• Communicate with insurance companies and make sure client medical treatment is managed and billed accordingly
• Communicate with client to provide case status update
• Conduct intake meetings with new clients
• Manage docket of cases according to office policy
• Conduct and attend IME's, EUO's and recorded statements

Qualifications:

• Must have a minimum 1 year of experience as a Personal Injury Attorney
• Must be licensed to practice law in the state of Florida and be in good standing with the Florida State Bar
• Fluent in Spanish
• Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Must have strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Must be able to work independently and as part of a team
• Must have a strong work ethic and be committed to providing the best possible service to clients
• Must have a passion for helping clients who have been injured due to the negligence of others.
