Job Details
- Represent clients in all stages of personal injury litigation, from case evaluation to trial and settlement
- Conduct thorough legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and discovery requests
- Take and defend depositions, prepare witnesses, and argue motions in court
- Manage a caseload of personal injury matters, ensuring timely progress and communication with clients
- Negotiate settlements with opposing counsel and insurance companies
- Maintain detailed case files and ensure compliance with firm and court procedures
- Provide compassionate, clear communication to clients throughout the legal process
