Job Details

  • Represent clients in all stages of personal injury litigation, from case evaluation to trial and settlement
  • Conduct thorough legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and discovery requests
  • Take and defend depositions, prepare witnesses, and argue motions in court
  • Manage a caseload of personal injury matters, ensuring timely progress and communication with clients
  • Negotiate settlements with opposing counsel and insurance companies
  • Maintain detailed case files and ensure compliance with firm and court procedures
  • Provide compassionate, clear communication to clients throughout the legal process
