We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Personal Injury Attorney to join our legal team. The ideal candidate must have at least 1 year of Personal Injury experience and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The candidate must be fluent in Spanish and have a passion for helping clients who have been injured due to negligence. This is a permanent position that offers a competitive salary and benefits package.

Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in personal injury cases such as motor vehicle accidents, slip and fall, and medical malpractice
• Conduct legal research and analysis to prepare cases for trial
• Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests
• Attend court hearings and depositions
• Negotiate settlements with insurance companies and opposing counsel
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, medical professionals, and other relevant parties
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients throughout the legal process
• Work independently and as a team member to achieve successful outcomes for clients

Qualifications:

• Must have at least 1 year of experience in personal injury law
• Fluent in Spanish
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and as a team member
• Strong work ethic and commitment to providing the best service to clients
• Passion for helping clients who have been injured due to negligence to others
• Must be licensed to practice law in the state of Florida and be in good standing with the Florida State Bar
