Job Description: Case Manager (Pre-Litigation)

Are you an experienced Case Manager who can effectively handle a pre-litigation file from start to finish with minimal supervision? Do you pride yourself on providing exceptional customer service and going above and beyond for clients? If you thrive in an autonomous work environment and are passionate about helping others, we want to hear from you! We are seeking an experienced Case Manager with a positive attitude who can manage over 120 pre-litigation personal injury cases simultaneously.

Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in case management is required.
  • Fluency in Spanish is essential.
  • Strong understanding of the Injury Claims process along with basic knowledge of Medical Terminology.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain initial and ongoing communication with clients.
  • Request and manage medical records.
  • Schedule and oversee medical appointments and care for clients.
  • Open and close case files efficiently.
  • Calendar key events and deadlines.
  • Resolve property damage and loss of use claims.
  • Report claims to Medi-Cal and Medi-Care for lien resolution.
  • Prepare case files for submission to demand writers.
  • Deliver high-quality client care throughout the process.
  • Flexible work-from-home options are available.

Compensation: $25.00 - $45.00 per hour.
