We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Personal Injury Litigation Attorney to join our expanding legal team. This exciting role requires a seasoned professional with a solid track record in personal injury law, litigation, and premises liability. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on a diverse caseload, representing clients who have been injured as a result of negligence or wrongful conduct of others. Responsibilities:

• Manage a diverse personal injury caseload, handling all aspects of the litigation process from initial client consultation to final resolution.
• Draft, review, and file legal documents, including pleadings, motions, discovery requests, responses, and other court documents.
• Conduct thorough investigations to identify all potential defendants and insurance coverage.
• Negotiate settlements with insurance companies and defense attorneys.
• Represent clients in court proceedings, mediation, and arbitration.
• Provide legal advice to clients, keeping them informed about the progress of their case and explaining complex legal issues in a clear and understandable way.
• Stay updated on the latest developments in personal injury law and premises liability to provide the most effective representation for clients.
• Work collaboratively with other members of the legal team, including paralegals and legal assistants.
• Maintain the highest standards of professional conduct and ethics.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in personal injury law and litigation.
• Licensed to practice law in the state.
• Proven experience with premises liability cases.
• Excellent negotiation and litigation skills.
• Strong research and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage a large caseload and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
