- Work collaboratively with senior attorneys, junior attorneys, and paralegals in litigating complex medical negligence and serious injury cases
- Active involvement in all phases of client representation from intake, initial office conferences, case development, demand, negotiation, and resolution
Job Details
- 5+ years in legal practice
- Experience in Personal Injury Litigation, Complex Litigation, and/or Medical Malpractice Litigation
- Fully licensed to practice law in Rhode Island
- Licensing in Massachusetts, and/or Connecticut is a plus
