Job Details

Responsibilities:
  • Track and manage files from intake through completion
  • Prepare litigation documents including pleadings, motions, interrogatories, and expert requests
  • Draft and review legal correspondence and documents under attorney supervision
  • Maintain organized case files with proper documentation
  • Meet court deadlines and filing requirements consistently
  • Handle document tracking and case management tasks efficiently

Qualifications:
  • 5+ years as a personal injury paralegal (required)
  • Proven track record managing active case lists and meeting deadlines
  • Strong drafting skills for pleadings and legal correspondence
  • Effective written and verbal communication
  • Experience with legal software and case management systems
  • Knowledge of personal injury litigation procedures
  • Paralegal certification or legal education background
