Responsibilities:
As a Permanent Personal Injury Paralegal, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including but not limited to:
1. Managing a caseload of personal injury claims from inception to conclusion.
2. Assisting attorneys in the preparation for trials, depositions, mediations, and meetings.
3. Conducting legal research and drafting legal documents, such as pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.
4. Interviewing clients and witnesses to gather pertinent information and documentation.
5. Organizing and maintaining case files and tracking deadlines.
6. Liaising with clients, insurance adjusters, medical providers, and court personnel.
7. Negotiating settlements with insurance companies on behalf of clients.
8. Ensuring compliance with legal procedures and policies.
