Job Details

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case preparation and strategy development.
  • Manage all aspects of a case from inception to resolution, including maintaining detailed case files, coordinating with clients, and scheduling meetings and court dates.
  • Oversee document management, ensuring all relevant paperwork is accurately filed, organized, and easily accessible for the legal team.
  • Provide litigation support, including drafting pleadings, preparing exhibits, and assisting with deposition and trial preparation.
  • Write clear, concise, and persuasive legal documents, such as briefs, motions, and memorandums.


Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience as a paralegal, preferably in the field of personal injury law.
  • Proven experience in legal research, case management, document management, litigation support, and legal writing.
  • Paralegal certification or equivalent legal qualifications.
  • Proficient in using legal software for case management and document organization.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to draft clear and compelling legal documents.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
