We are a personal injury law firm located in Burbank, CA. We specialize in car accident cases and are currently seeking a qualified applicant to fill the Trial Attorney position in our Litigation Department.

Job Details
Responsibilities:
· Day-to-day handling of cases from filing of the complaint to trial.
· Provide guidance and lead the litigation team.
· Taking depositions of parties, witnesses, and experts.
· Reviewing drafted documents from staff and associates.
· Trial preparation and strategy.
· Prepare and strategize Motions in Limine and associated trial documents.
· Settlement negotiations.
· Settlement/dispositive proceedings [Mediations, arbitrations, etc.]
· Jury trials as First Chair.
· Post-trial motions.
· Provide legal opinions to clients.
First Chair: 1 year (Preferred)
Second Chair: 1 year (Preferred)
Personal injury law: 1 year (Required)
