What you’ll own:

Design and run drilling programs from start to finish
Lead completions (frac, perforating, acidizing) in the field
Optimize production, troubleshoot issues, and drive performance gains
Design facilities, artificial lift, and surface systems
Work cross-functionally to deliver safe, efficient operations

Job Details

Who you are:

2–5 years of O&G engineering experience
Petroleum or Mechanical Engineering degree
Competitive, hands-on, and ready to take ownership early
Not afraid to solve problems in real time, in the field
Familiar with towns like Hobbs, Perryton, or Woodward
