We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Pharmaceutical Sales Representative. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for sales and a background/passion in pharmaceuticals, beauty, or skincare. As a Permanent Pharmaceutical Sales Rep, you will play a crucial role in promoting and selling our innovative medical products to spas, med-spas, salons, and retailers within an assigned territory.

Responsibilities:
1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare & beauty/skincare professionals, including doctors, nurses, pharmacists, etc to promote and sell our pharmaceutical products.
2. Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to healthcare professionals, showcasing the benefits and features of our medical products.
3. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned territory, including hospitals, clinics, and pharmacies.
4. Achieve and exceed sales targets by effectively managing and growing existing accounts, as well as acquiring new customers.
5. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market developments to provide valuable insights and recommendations to the sales team and management.
6. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies, promotional campaigns, and product launches.
7. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
8. Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records, including customer information, sales activities, and product inventory.
9. Attend conferences, trade shows, and other industry events to network with healthcare professionals and stay informed about the latest advancements in the medical field.
10. Continuously enhance product knowledge and stay informed about the latest scientific research and clinical studies related to our pharmaceutical products.

Qualifications:
1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, beauty sales, skincare sales, or a related field.
2. Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals.
4. Excellent presentation and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate the value proposition of our medical products.
5. Demonstrated knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry, including an understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance.
6. Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
7. Highly organized, with strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
8. Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools to track and manage sales activities.
9. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as pharmaceutical sciences, business, or marketing, is preferred.
10. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
