• Participate in the training and supervision of pharmacy technicians and other support staff.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and standards in the pharmacy practice.

Qualifications:

• Pharmacist license and registration by the state of Wyoming.
• One year of hospital experience (strongly preferred).
• College Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of pharmacology, pharmacokinetics, and drug therapy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with healthcare professionals and educate patients.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in medication dispensing and record-keeping.
• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve medication-related issues.
• Knowledge of pharmacy computer systems and software applications.
• Commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality and privacy.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
