We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Physical Therapist to join our dynamic healthcare team. This is a permanent, full-time position that provides an excellent opportunity for new graduates to gain invaluable experience and for seasoned professionals to further their careers. Our team is committed to providing the highest level of care to our patients, many of whom have intellectual and developmental disabilities. This role is primarily focused on pediatric physical therapy, making it an ideal position for therapists who are passionate about working with children and making a significant impact on their lives.

Responsibilities:

As a Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for:

1. Assessing, diagnosing, and treating a diverse range of physical conditions in pediatric patients
2. Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.
3. Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care.
4. Providing education and support to patients' families to help them understand their child's condition and treatment plan.
5. Documenting patient progress and adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
6. Adhering to all professional standards, regulations, and best practices in physical therapy.
7. Participating in continuing education and professional development activities to stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in physical therapy.

Qualifications:

To be considered for this role, you must have:

1. A degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
2. Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with patients, families, and team members.
4. The ability to work independently and make critical decisions regarding patient care.
5. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt treatment plans to meet the changing needs of patients.
6. A commitment to providing the highest level of care and improving the lives of patients.
