Responsibilities:
As a Permanent Physical Therapist, your main responsibilities will include:
1. Evaluating patients' physical condition, functional capabilities, needs, and goals to formulate effective treatment plans.
2. Implementing individualized treatment programs designed to restore, reinforce, and enhance performance.
3. Identifying and documenting goals, anticipated progress, and plans for reevaluation.
4. Providing education to patients and families regarding physical therapy treatment plans and promoting wellness and injury prevention.
5. Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, including doctors, nurses, occupational therapists, and speech therapists to ensure a comprehensive approach to patient care.
6. Maintaining accurate, detailed reports and records, tracking patients' progress and adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
7. Participating in professional development activities and staying updated with the latest in physical therapy techniques and technology.
Qualifications:
To be considered for this exciting role, you should possess:
1. Doctor of Physical Therapy required.
2. A valid Physical Therapist license in the state of practice.
3. A degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a patient-centric approach to care.

6. Ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
