We are seeking a passionate and experienced Permanent Physical Therapist (PT) who is ready to make a significant impact in the lives of our patients. Responsibilities:

As a Permanent Physical Therapist (PT), you will be tasked with:

1. Providing expert physical therapy to patients with injuries or illnesses to help them improve movement, manage pain, and achieve their wellness goals.
2. Developing customized treatment plans outlining the patient's goals and the expected timeline.
3. Documenting patient's progress and modifying treatment plans as needed.
4. Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to provide the best, most holistic care possible.
5. Guiding and motivating patients during their treatment sessions.
6. Educating patients and their families about what to expect from the recovery process and how best to cope with challenges.
7. Ensuring adherence to all privacy and safety guidelines.
8. Participating in professional development and staying up-to-date with the latest physical therapy techniques and methodologies.

Qualifications:

To be considered for this role, you must possess the following:

1. A Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited institution.
2. Current state licensure or certification to practice as a Physical Therapist.
3. A minimum of 1 year of experience as a Physical Therapist, preferably in an outpatient setting.
4. Exceptional patient service skills and the ability to explain complex medical concepts in a clear, understandable manner.
5. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with a diverse team of healthcare professionals.
6. Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to think quickly and adapt to changing situations.
7. Proficiency in using computer software and electronic medical records.
8. A commitment to ethical practice, confidentiality, and patient safety.
