We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Physical Therapist (PT) to join an established outpatient therapy clinic in Ranson, West Virginia (25438). This role offers the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population while being part of a supportive, collaborative clinical team.

Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic, neurological, vestibular, post-surgical, balance, gait, and sports-related conditions
- Develop individualized treatment plans focused on patient goals and functional outcomes
- Deliver evidence-based interventions including therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, neuromuscular re-education, and patient education
- Build strong relationships with patients, caregivers, and interdisciplinary healthcare professionals
- Maintain accurate and timely EMR documentation
- Collaborate with team members to promote a positive and engaging clinic culture
Qualifications:
- Active or eligible Physical Therapist license in West Virginia
- New graduates encouraged to apply
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and clinical reasoning skills
- Passion for patient-centered, compassionate care
