Job Details


Responsibilities:
Perform comprehensive patient evaluations
Develop individualized treatment plans and goals
Deliver evidence-based physical therapy interventions
Utilize manual therapy and therapeutic exercise techniques
Educate patients and families on treatment plans and home exercise programs
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
Maintain accurate and timely documentation
Collaborate with physicians and healthcare professionals
Promote positive patient outcomes and satisfaction

Qualifications:
Physical Therapy License
Active New Jersey Physical Therapist license (or ability to obtain)
Strong orthopedic assessment and treatment skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Passion for patient-centered care
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
