We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Physical Therapist to join our growing team in an Independent Living Facility. As a Permanent Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care to patients, utilizing your extensive knowledge and skills in physical therapy and rehabilitation.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical abilities and limitations
• Develop personalized treatment plans based on individual needs and goals
• Implement treatment plans through a variety of modalities, including exercise, manual therapy, and other techniques
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes
• Educate patients and their families on proper techniques and exercises to promote healing and prevent injury
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as physicians and occupational therapists, to ensure comprehensive care for patients
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation
• Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current on the latest techniques and advancements in the field

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical setting
• Strong knowledge of rehabilitation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Commitment to providing exceptional patient care
