Responsibilities:

As a Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for:

1. Evaluating patient's physical abilities and limitations, and developing personalized treatment plans based on their needs and goals.
2. Implementing therapeutic interventions to alleviate pain, improve mobility, and prevent further injury.
3. Educating patients and their families on the therapeutic process, helping them understand their treatment plan and how to manage their physical condition.
4. Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care to patients.
5. Documenting patient progress and modifying treatment plans as needed.
6. Providing guidance and mentorship to Physical Therapist Assistants and other junior staff.
7. Staying updated on the latest advancements in physical therapy and integrating new treatment methods into practice.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate for the Physical Therapist position should have the following qualifications:

1. A degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
2. Current Physical Therapist license.
3. A minimum of 1 year of experience as a Physical Therapist, preferably in a medical setting.
4. Excellent knowledge of physical therapy principles, practices, and procedures.
5. Exceptional patient care skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with patients.
6. Strong critical thinking skills, with the ability to make sound clinical decisions.
7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
8. Ability to handle a high caseload and work in a fast-paced environment.
9. Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
