We are currently seeking a passionate, dedicated, and experienced Permanent Physical Therapist to join our dynamic healthcare team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing top-quality physical therapy services to patients of all ages dealing with various physical conditions and ailments. This role requires a hands-on approach to patient care, with a focus on therapeutic exercises, functional training, and physical manipulation to help patients regain or improve their physical abilities. Responsibilities:
1. Evaluate patient conditions and health needs to develop a personalized physical therapy program.
2. Implement therapeutic physical therapy interventions to alleviate pain, restore function, and prevent disability.
3. Provide patient education on exercises, injury prevention, and overall wellness.
4. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care for patients.
5. Document patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary.
6. Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with all federal and state health and safety regulations.
7. Participate in professional development activities to stay current with the latest physical therapy practices and technologies.
8. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure a consistent and effective treatment plan.
Qualifications:
1. Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited institution.
2. Current WA license
3. Proven experience with various physical therapy techniques and procedures.
4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
5. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
6. Ability to handle a diverse patient population with a wide range of physical conditions.
7. Commitment to ongoing professional development and learning.
