We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Physical Therapist to join our dynamic healthcare team. This is a permanent position where the successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert therapy to patients with injuries and disabilities to enhance and restore their functional ability and quality of life. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in both inpatient and outpatient settings, demonstrating a deep understanding of the human body's physical function and the ability to apply therapeutic techniques to relieve pain, improve mobility, and prevent or limit permanent physical disabilities.

Responsibilities:

1. Evaluate patients' physical condition, functional capabilities, needs, and goals to determine a comprehensive therapy treatment plan.
2. Utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques to relieve pain, improve physical function, and restore patient mobility.
3. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to optimize patient care and treatment.
4. Monitor and document patient progress, modifying treatment plans as needed to ensure maximum benefit.
5. Educate patients and their families about their conditions and teach appropriate physical therapy exercises and techniques that can be practiced at home.
6. Maintain patient records, including initial evaluations, progress notes, discharge summaries, and other relevant patient data.
7. Adhere to professional standards, healthcare facility policies and procedures, and federal, state, and local requirements.
8. Stay abreast of the latest industry trends, advancements, and best practices in physical therapy.

Qualifications:

1. A Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution, although a Master’s degree or Doctorate in Physical Therapy is preferred.
2. A current and valid state license to practice physical therapy.
3. Exceptional patient service skills and the ability to establish rapport with patients.
4. Strong knowledge of the principles and practices of physical therapy, including the use of equipment, exercises, and other physical therapy treatments.
5. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
