Job Details
We are seeking a motivated, patient focused Physical Therapist to join our growing team. As a Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional physical therapy services to our patients. You will work alongside a team of dedicated healthcare professionals who are committed to providing the highest level of care to our patients. Responsibilities:
- Conduct initial evaluations and assessments of patients to determine their physical therapy needs.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients based on their specific conditions and goals.
- Provide hands-on physical therapy treatments to patients, including exercises, stretches, manual therapy, and modalities.
- Monitor and track patients' progress throughout the course of their treatment and make adjustments to their treatment plans as needed.
- Educate patients and their families on their condition, treatment plan, and self-care techniques to promote optimal recovery and prevent future injuries.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, and occupational therapists, to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care for patients.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation in accordance with legal and ethical standards.
- Participate in continuing education and professional development activities to stay current with the latest advances in physical therapy.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
- Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Physical Therapist in a clinical setting preferred
- Board certification in Orthopedic Clinical Specialist (OCS), Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT), or Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) preferred.
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of evidence-based physical therapy practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with patients and colleagues.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Commitment to providing high-quality patient care and achieving positive outcomes.
