Physical Therapist

Looking for an Orthopedic PT for our Redondo office.
We use a unique physical medicine approach to the rehabilitation process. All patients get a customized program from the day they walk into the office. Staff takes the time understand every patient’s needs and goals, allowing therapists to focus on more than injury rehab.

We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Permanent Physical Therapist to join our dynamic team in Redondo Beach. This position offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment within the medical industry, focusing on improving patient mobility, relieving pain, and preventing or limiting permanent physical disabilities. Our ideal candidate is an experienced professional with a deep understanding of physical therapy, orthopedic rehabilitation, and patient care, who is ready to make a significant impact on our patients' lives.

Responsibilities:

• Develop individualized treatment plans for patients based on their specific needs and conditions.
• Implement physical therapy programs that focus on rehabilitation and the promotion of overall health and wellness.
• Evaluate the progress of patients, modifying treatment plans, and trying new treatments as needed.
• Collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals to share expertise and coordinate comprehensive patient care.
• Educate patients and their families about what to expect from the recovery process and how best to cope with challenges throughout the process.
• Document patient care services by charting in patient and department records, ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed in a timely manner.
• Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.
• Adhere to all standard quality measures and safety regulations.
• Provide high-quality patient care, showing empathy, and respect for each patient's individual circumstances, feelings, and needs.
