- Master's or Doctorate in Physical Therapy preferred; Bachelor's Degree required
- 1 year of Physical Therapy experience in an inpatient or outpatient setting is preferred; Will consider new grads!
- Active Utah PT license or willing to obtain
- Must be BLS certified or willing to obtain
