We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Physical Therapist to join our dynamic healthcare team. This is a permanent position that provides an opportunity to work in a collaborative and patient-centered environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in outpatient physical therapy, sports medicine, rehab, manual therapy, hand therapy, balance rehab, aquatic therapy, and PT. They will have a passion for helping patients recover from injuries and improve their physical abilities. Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist, your primary responsibilities will include:

1. Conducting comprehensive patient assessments to determine their physical condition and needs.
2. Developing personalized treatment plans that take into account patient goals and objectives.
3. Implementing therapeutic interventions for patients, including manual therapy, exercise prescription, and education on condition management.
4. Providing outpatient physical therapy, sports medicine, and rehab services to patients with various conditions and injuries.
5. Performing hand therapy, balance rehab, and aquatic therapy as required.
6. Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure a coordinated and integrated approach to patient care.
7. Documenting patient progress and modifying treatment plans as necessary.
8. Educating patients and their families about their conditions and teaching them how to manage their physical health.
9. Keeping up-to-date with the latest research and advancements in physical therapy and applying this knowledge to your practice.

Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must have:

1. A degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
2. A current license to practice as a Physical Therapist.
3. A minimum of 1 year of experience working as a Physical Therapist (preffered), preferably in an outpatient setting.
4. Proven experience in outpatient physical therapy, sports medicine, rehab, manual therapy, hand therapy, balance rehab, aquatic therapy, and PT.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients and their families.
6. Strong problem-solving abilities and a creative approach to patient care.
7. The ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
8. A commitment to ongoing professional development and learning.
9. The physical stamina required for the demands of the role.
