A bit about us:

We have an immediate opening for a physical therapist, new grad or experienced, to join our client's growing outpatient practice in Glendale! Our client is a well respected family owned company with multiple clinic locations across the valley and an excellent reputation for patient care.

We are seeking a patient centric, evidence-based therapist to serve a diverse population of patients. The incoming therapist can expect autonomy in crafting individualized treatment plans for a caseload that includes sports injuries, vestibular rehabilitation, post-surgical rehabilitation and other orthopedic injuries. All appointments last 40+ minutes to provide the best care for the best possible results.

Job Details

Qualifications:

  • Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) preferred, or Master of Physical Therapy (MPT) degree from an accredited program.
  • Current AZ state licensure as a physical therapist.
  • Exceptional clinical skills and knowledge of evidence-based rehabilitation.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Patient Assessment: Conduct thorough evaluations to assess patient physical condition, functional limitations, and
treatment needs.
  • Treatment Planning: Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based interventions.
  • Therapeutic Interventions: Provide a variety of therapeutic interventions, including manual therapy, exercise therapy, modalities
(e.g., ultrasound, electrical stimulation), and gait training.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate and comprehensive patient records, including evaluations, progress notes, and discharge
summaries, in compliance with healthcare regulations and practice policies.
  • Cross Departmental Collaboration: Collaborate with healthcare professionals (physicians, occupational therapists, nurses, etc.) to
ensure coordinated patient care.
  • Patient Education: Educate patients about their conditions, treatment options, and home exercise programs to facilitate active
participation in their recovery.
