- Oversee the daily operations of the physical therapy department, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance service delivery, improve patient outcomes, and achieve departmental goals.
- Manage, coach, and mentor a team of physical therapists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop integrated patient care plans.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, maintaining the highest levels of patient safety and care quality.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations, providing constructive feedback and addressing any issues or concerns promptly and professionally.
- Manage departmental budgets, ensuring effective allocation of resources.

Qualifications:
- A minimum of 2+ years of experience in a physical therapy leadership role.
- A Master's degree or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
- Current licensure to practice physical therapy.
- Demonstrated experience managing a team of healthcare professionals, with a track record of fostering a positive, collaborative work environment.
- Strong knowledge of physical therapy techniques, best practices, and relevant regulations.
- Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a patient-centered approach to care.
