What You Will Be Doing:
Provide comprehensive medical care to patients with urological conditions, including urinary tract infections, prostate problems, and kidney stones.
Work closely with the supervising Urologist to develop and implement treatment plans for patients.
Obtain medical histories, perform physical exams, and order and interpret diagnostic tests.
Provide patient education and support, including explaining diagnostic test results and discussing treatment options.
Administer medications, perform minimally invasive procedures, and assist with surgical procedures as directed by the Urologist.
Document patient care in medical records and maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
What You Will Need:
Master's degree in Physician Assistant studies from an accredited PA program.
National certification as a Physician Assistant from the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA).
Current state license as a Physician Assistant.
Clinical experience in Urology preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with a healthcare team.
