As a Permanent Physician Assistant, you will provide top-notch healthcare to our diverse patient population and only work 32 hours a week! This role requires a combination of clinical skills, patient-centric mindset, and a commitment to healthcare excellence.

Responsibilities:
As a Physician Assistant, your primary responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

1. Providing high-quality patient care within the scope of practice under the supervision of a physician.
2. Conducting comprehensive physical examinations, interpreting diagnostic tests, and developing patient care plans.
3. Assisting physicians during surgeries or complicated medical procedures.
4. Educating and counseling patients and their families on health conditions and preventive care.
5. Managing patient records and ensuring their confidentiality.
6. Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care.
7. Staying updated with the latest advancements in the medical field and integrating them into patient care.

Qualifications:
To be considered for this role, you must possess the following qualifications:

1. A degree from an accredited Physician Assistant program.
2. Current Physician Assistant license, or the ability to obtain one.
3. A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Physician Assistant.
4. Proficient in conducting physical examinations and providing patient care.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients, their families, and other medical staff.
6. Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, high-stress environment, maintaining high-quality care.
7. Ability to use Electronic Health Records (EHR) software for documentation.
8. Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications.
9. A strong commitment to adhering to ethical medical practices and standards.
