We are a fast-paced and highly respected neurosurgery practice in Northern New Jersey, introducing an exciting new role: Physician Liaison. This position is designed to strengthen relationships with referring physicians and expand awareness of our specialty services.
As our Physician Liaison, you’ll play a vital role in bridging communication between our practice, our referral network, and our external marketing agency. Your efforts will directly impact the growth and success of the practice.

As our Physician Liaison, you’ll play a vital role in bridging communication between our practice, our referral network, and our external marketing agency. Your efforts will directly impact the growth and success of the practice.
You Will:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with referring physicians and their staff.
- Collaborate with our external marketing agency to align lead generation and referral strategies.
- Represent our specialties, including spinal surgery, neuro-oncology, and pediatric neurosurgery, to enhance recognition and trust.
- Analyze referral trends and provide actionable feedback to leadership and the marketing team.
- Take ownership of your territory to elevate our presence within the healthcare community.
You Bring:
- A proactive and outgoing personality with exceptional communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and a detail-oriented mindset.
- Experience in healthcare marketing, outside sales, or a related field is preferred.
- A bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred.
- A self-starter attitude with a focus on achieving measurable results.
