We are seeking a Family Medicine Physician to provide evidenced-based primary care .

Qualifications:
* Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) degree from an accredited institution
* Board Certified in Family Medicine
* Prefer 1 year post graduate/residency experience in primary care/family medicine preferred
* DEA License
* Bilingual Spanish a plus
