Technology Usage for the role:
*This is an in-office role*
- Experience handling cases from intake through trial and settlement
- Experience with State and Federal courts in CT or PA
- Experience with trial teams, expert witnesses, and clients; client interaction and compassionate communication.
- Medical records reviewing and summarizing
- Case review and workflow management
- Document Preparation (drafting complaints, discovery responses, and correspondence)
- Negotiations with settlement strategy
- Compassionate and patient
- Clear communication skills
Technology Usage for the role:
- Excellent M.S. knowledge
- Salesforce/Litify or similar case management software
- AI tools, Supio, CoCounsel
- Legal research platforms (ex. Westlaw)
- Video conferencing tools (ex. Zoom or Teams)
- E-filing systems for CT and PA courts.
