Job Details

Please have the following:
  • Experience handling cases from intake through trial and settlement
  • Experience with State and Federal courts in CT or PA
  • Experience with trial teams, expert witnesses, and clients; client interaction and compassionate communication.
  • Medical records reviewing and summarizing
  • Case review and workflow management
  • Document Preparation (drafting complaints, discovery responses, and correspondence)
  • Negotiations with settlement strategy
  • Compassionate and patient
  • Clear communication skills

Technology Usage for the role:
  • Excellent M.S. knowledge
  • Salesforce/Litify or similar case management software
  • AI tools, Supio, CoCounsel
  • Legal research platforms (ex. Westlaw)
  • Video conferencing tools (ex. Zoom or Teams)
  • E-filing systems for CT and PA courts.
