Job Details
- Manage all stages of labor and employment litigation, including case assessment, discovery, and trial preparation.
- Develop case strategies, draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents, and conduct thorough legal research.
- Represent clients in hearings, mediations, depositions, and trials, ensuring effective advocacy.
- Provide strategic counsel to clients, staying informed on legal developments and industry trends.
- Negotiate settlements, manage disputes, and cultivate strong client relationships.
- Collaborate with partners, associates, and support staff to deliver successful outcomes.
